PASSING GRADE KOTA 27,35 LUAR KOTA 28,10

Passing grade (nilai terbawah) SMP Negeri 4 Kota Cirebon untuk penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 lebih tinggi. Untuk pendaftar siswa asal kota Cirebon passing grade 27,35 sementara pendaftar dari luar kota passing grade 28,10. Kepastian passing grade ini disampaikan bersamaan pengumuman PPDB pada Senin 11 Juli 2011 di sekolah setempat. Orangtua siswa bersama anaknya melihat pengumuman passing grade tersebut. Mereka yang tidak diterima di sekolah ini langsung mencabut berkas pendaftaran ke panitia.
